Why you should sign up:

Becoming a youth softball umpire with SGSL allows individuals to earn money while staying active,
build a resume by demonstrating character-building skills like conflict management, and master
the game's rules. Umpires act as a positive force by maintaining fairness and encouraging
sportsmanship, creating a safe and fun environment for young players. SGSL supports umpires
with a Zero Tolerance Policy against mistreatment, offers flexible scheduling, and provides
comprehensive training including clinics, hands-on practice, and a knowledge check.
